Liberty of movement and nationality
This article affirms that persons with disabilities have the right to: liberty of movement, freedom to choose their residence, and a nationality. Children with disabilities shall be registered immediately after birth and shall have the right: to a name, to acquire a nationality and, to know and be cared for by their parents if possible.
