The Rural Finance and Investment Learning Centre (RFILC) is a web platform dedicated to the dissemination of cutting-edge knowledge for the promotion of rural and agricultural finance and investment in developing countries. It provides access to related materials for capacity development and policy design, in addition to the dissemination of news, events and multimedia

Target clients include all public and private organisations working towards greater financial inclusion and rural and agricultural development, such as financial institutions, governments, civil society organisations, development agencies and academia, among others. Materials such as training manuals, policy guides, and on-line training sessions are disseminated through the RFILC with the purpose of further developing clients’ capacity to deliver improved financial services that meet the needs of rural enterprises and households

It aims to assist educators in discovering valuable resources for classroom use and to strengthen connections among the educational web by acting as courier. A ‘resource bank’ contains high quality reference points for educators and students, and the ‘resource packets’ contain information related to topics of interest and desired age groups, such as the arts, social studies and special education

This website provides information about the Disaster Risk Management in East Asia and the Pacific Series which "was started as a part of World Bank East Asia and Pacific Management Unit Initiatives in collaboration with the Global Development Learning Network (GDLN) with the aim to promote capacity building and increase knowledge of professionals involved in DRM activities in the EAP client countries. The seminars cover a wide range of topics including post-disaster response, recovery planning, disaster risk assessment, prevention and mitigation, emergency preparedness and early warning systems, community and local level disaster risk management. They are designed to help DRM professionals in EAP client countries to drive the agenda for DRM activities in their respective countries and empower local partners"
