This study explores the positive and negative impact of Vietnamese cultural factors on HIV transmission, as well as support and care. The study concludes with recommendations for interventions including revising strategy around communication interventions, promoting wider participation in HIV and AIDS prevention and care activities, and improving coordination among agencies and organisations involved in HIV and AIDS interventions and research
