MFWA's mission is to enhance the health status of the Mongolian people by providing quality sexual and reproductive health services through close collaboration with governmental and non-governmental organisations. Its programmes include providing family planning and reproductive health services in selected rural and urban areas; improving family life education; publishing training materials and literature on family planning issues and developing and disseminating information, education and communication (IEC) materials. Hope Clinic Lukuli is a philanthropic facility which has the purpose of maximising access to accurate, high quality health services. It brings national initiatives to the community at the lowest sustainable price, or free, to reduce financial barriers to health information and care. It is independent of research or faith-based organisations. It employs and develops Ugandan medical staff and treats over 500 patients a month. Management receive no fee or income from the clinic, thereby reducing overhead costs.
