SIAAP's aim is to help communities affected by HIV/AIDS to cope with the epidemic. Its objectives are to assist the development of community organisations as a complement to the NGO sector; improve the quality of service delivery through development and implementation of specific services; to influence policy towards better practice in HIV; to strengthen the community networks of people affected by HIV/AIDS; and to develop a centre of professional trainers for HIV in the region. The resource centre is open to the public

The objectives of CRP are to improve the quality of life of PWDs in Bangladesh and ensure their equal opportunities; to provide treatment and rehabilitation focusing on physical, emotional, social, psychological an economic aspects; to promote the development of skilled personnel in health care and rehabilitation in the Bangladesh; to raise awareness about disability issues locally and nationally; to organise and promote programmes for the prevention of disability; and to promote community-based rehabilitation programmes for increased coverage and social integration of disabled people in collaboration with other organisations. Their resource centre is not open to the public

The main objective is to establish an information and resource centre for NGOs in different parts of India in order to promote and sustain voluntary action. CRIPT is currently processing and collecting information and resource centre material to equip their library and documetation centre in order to disseminate information to NGOs on development. The library is open to the public

Aims: Support the integration of health education and sanitation programmes with water supply activities to protect the community from water borne and communicable diseases. To tackle the problem of water water of those most vulnerable and needy communities. Reduce the suffering of rural women by alleviating the drudgery of fetching water. Assist participatory environmental protection programmes and small scale irrigation development in order to combat land degredation and increase food production.

ADF focuses on expansion of direct economic assistance to indigenous African groups in such areas as food production, education, husbandry, water management and health

Aims to train parents, family members and PWDs to increase their self-reliance and and esteem; to investigate hme management problems and design suitably adapted appliances for use in homes

CEDEP's overall objectives are; To empower disadvantaged groups, community-based organisations and institutions to work for the rights of their members and ensure the recognition of their needs and capacities by the structures of authority. To sensitise critical actors in society to protect the rights of the marginalised and ensure the recognition of the needs and capabilities of the latter by the structures of authority. To enhance women's ability to improve the quality of their lives through participatory decision-making, access to and control of resources, skills and benefits. To improve the quality of life of the youth through the aquisition of relevant skills and knowledge to enable them to make informed decisions in economic and social matters. To enter into partnership and joint ventures with identifiable organisations for mutual socio-economic benefit. To develop a strong network with other organisations in order to influence macro socio-economic policy
