The Parent-Teacher Association Mongolia (PTA Mongolia) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to improving the quality of education for children in Mongolia by building effective multi-stakeholder partnership--including parents, teachers, marginalized and disabled persons, local governments and other international and national civil society groups--and by empowering the stakeholders through education on good parenting, childhood development and active citizenship.

PTA Mongolia stands by its principles to be non-discriminative, non-partisan, non-religious, inclusive, equal, effective, child friendly and accountable in its policies and actions.

PTA Mongolia implements programs to (a) create models of child-friendly Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) facilities in rural schools serving children from nomadic families and soum residents without access or experience to appropriate facilities, (b) empower deaf community groups to help them raise their voice and improve inclusive education by learning to be active citizens through voter education program and (c) increase parenting education through learning on positive disciplining, early childhood development and communicating in sign language with deaf children.

Heroes Arts Foundation (HA Foundation) is the Non-Governmental Organization in Kahama Town Council, Shinyanga region-Tanzania established in 2016, to firmly and solemnly resolve and empower the marginalized groups by formulation of innovative solutions and the way of responding to the HIV/AIDs crisis, advocate for provision of affordable quality health care services as described on “client Service Charter” by the Ministry of health. It also informs their rights to health care utilization and other services, share common interest and experience while building condusive environment for prevention care and support.

Heroes Arts Foundation (HA Foundation) lays the platform for transforming the community livelihood by coordinating efforts, creativity and comprehensive approach to improve the quality of health and life of marginalized groups and facilitate sustainable behavioral change in the community.

HA Foundation is managed by independent non-partisan indigenous professionals whom have been experiencing practically & technically on various fields of capacity buildings of humanitarian sectors and community development projects as they have had special trainings (TOTs) to the sectors of humanitarian interventions, Human rights, child protection and capacity building programs.

The COVID-19 Hygiene Hub is a broad partnership housed at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) that draws on scientific, operational, and creative expertise from a network of organisations. This initiative was developed by individuals from LSHTM, the Centre for Affordable Water and Sanitation Technology (CAWST), and the Wash’Em team.

The strategic direction of the COVID-19 Hygiene Hub will be guided by leading international agencies to ensure it remains responsive and adaptive to the changing nature of the pandemic
