PATH is an international NGO dedicated to improving health and family planning services in developing countries by the development, adaptation and production of appropriate technological and communication materials. PATH directs an HIV/AIDS education and prevention project for Injecting drug users. It is also developing HIV/AIDS counselling material and workshops for all sectors of society. PATH finances the development of locally produced contraceptives and new testing technology. The resource centre is not open to the public

FEPB has been established for the purpose of training blind people for various jobs. Blind men and women from throughout the country come to the foundation for the following training courses: trditional Thai massage; braille; mobility and orientation skills, computer operation; music; and astrology. It also cooperates with the non-formal education department and vocational department of the Ministry of Education providing special courses. The FEPB resource centre is open to the public

These rights include the right to education, the right to a livelihood and the right to health care. Through the use of appropriate technology, training, education and the promotion of independent action, WEAVE encourages women to play a leading role in improving the health and well-being of themselves and their families. One of WEAVE's programmes is the Primary Health Care Programme, which includes training of health care workers in maternal and child health, essential skills training for traditional birth attendants and child development of health education materials on topics such as HIV/AIDS and family planning
