Its objectives are to enhance public awareness of the HIV/AIDS epidemic and educate them about HIV/AIDS; to provide a range of services needed by people infected with HIV or otherwise affected by HIV/AIDS; and to promote care and support to people living with HIV/AIDS. Its resource centre is open to the public
